"The worst taxi company I have ever used they never show up on time to a pre booking they have the cheek to charge you when you book and they take more money than they quote and when you try to complain to them they ether hang up or don't answer the phone the drivers are rude and some are even smelly no hygiene standards at all the drivers are not checked properly ether and I have reported this to the council some drivérs will have there mates driving instead of the cab licencee"

"Very expensive services, drivers are going online and accepting a customer on their app, at the same time they don't move on the map for several minutes because they're using the time to go and eat something, to use the toilet or just simply to stay on their phones with someone else. It's a disaster!! That's not acceptable! Loyal customers doesn't get any discounts as well. So basically you're paying a high rate for poor quality of the services they offer! Ridiculous!"

"Over charges. App says fixed fee ÂŁ9.30. Pre authorised ÂŁ11.20. After the journey completed I get an invoice for ÂŁ9.30 but credit card still charged ÂŁ11.20. What's going on? Same for other journeys."

"don't think I will use again, prebooked a taxi for 8:30 pm with an hour or so grace. wasn't there at 8:40 pm. called the main number, it rang for 5 minutes.lady who answered was extremely unhelpful "No drivers around, 10 to 15 minutes" etc. I asked why, when I pre-booked. She said they can't guarantee drivers?I said that it basically means that there ain't any point me prebooking then. She said "ah well, that's up to you then" in a completely uncaring tone. Strange attitude to a paying customer."

"The old app used to much better. Now you can't track the car during the journey and you can't see all the relevant car details when you book the taxi, e.g., colour or the car brand which are the two main things one uses to find a card from a far. On top of that doesn't show an estimated charge and a the charge on your phone once the car reached the destination."

"Absolutely horrendous business from the outset other than the few drivers that are actually really nice (old drivers that have been on the taxis a long time.) The call operators don't care and are extremely unhelpful. If you want a taxi on time, use another firm. Over charge for using the app! A driver once dropped me off at the wrong place and shouted at me to get out because I told him it was the wrong road and I got charged as if it was a stop off. The company is a joke. Avoid at all costs."
